There are various needs for the program ranging from being a cheerleader coach,
to being a fundraiser all year long.

 Counselors are hands on, interacting with the children. Due to the emotional attachment and caring environment that ROTH promotes to help convey the necessary lessons from the experience, counselors need to be able to focus on patience, understanding, and be able to pass those values on to the children they are working with.
In addition to being a caring, giving person, cheerleading, gymnastic coaches and emergency certified volunteers are greatly needed
Fundraisers are need all year long, and we are more then happy to have the help! If you know of others who would be interested in supporting this amazing program, please spread the word! Without the help and donations made throughout the year, the program would simply not be possible.
